Joshua also studied solitary confinement and mandatory minimum policies as an advocacy intern for Human Rights Watch, and he worked as an oral history intern for the Missouri History Museum.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/images\/Wendy_Sawyer_250w.jpg\" alt=\"Wendy Sawyer\" width=\"250\" height=\"264\" class=\"reportcover right\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Wendy earned a Master\u2019s in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University and a Bachelor\u2019s in Afro-American Studies from the University of Massachusetts.
