This chart shows that in many counties Latino people in prison are overrepresented compared to the portion of Latino people in the free population. (The outliers on the top right are a Municipality (county) in Puerto Rico and two in Texas, and the outlier counties on the top left are Stewart County, Georgia and Adams County, Mississippi, both of which host large federal immigraton detention facilities.
